I am an undergraduate in neurobiology working with Jonathan Tsay on the nature of volitional and implicit influences in human motor learning tasks, and how they may vary between demographics. Understanding the relationship between explicit, willful action and additive unconscious motor adjustments could pave the way to improved rehabilitation practices and uncovering how humans navigate complex motor tasks.
I am also interested in the intersection of cognitive science, neurobiology, and the philosophy of mind. When I am not in my studies you can find me debating about consciousness or learning to play Bob Dylan on guitar.
